At WaterColor Retreat, we take pride in providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for every guest.

• Minimum rental age is 30 and must be an occupant during the stay
• This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property
• No pets, parties, or events permitted
• Occupancy limited to registered guests only
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Parking available for up to four vehicles
• Pool heating is available October through April for an additional fee and weather permitting
• Amenity wristbands are required for guests ages five and older
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM CST
• Check-out is 10:00 AM CST
• Exterior Cameras on site
• Note: Black Bears are native to the Panhandle and may be seen.

Damage protection is included with every reservation. Guests are expected to follow all WaterColor community rules and local regulations during their stay.

For 8 of us, we could comfortably eat inside or outside on the porch. The pool area is spacious and the pool is larger than it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed the fire pit at night as well. The house was very clean and rooms were very nice. All around a wonderful place to stay!
